Larry Kimmel Invited To American Board of Trial Advocates

We are pleased to announce our Managing Partner, Larry Kimmel, has become a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA).

Founded in 1958, ABOTA is a national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges, who are voted into the association by fellow legal professionals. ABOTA is an invitation-only organization.

Members must have at least five years of active experience as trial lawyers, have tried at least ten civil jury trials to conclusion, and possess additional litigation experience. Members must also exhibit the virtues of civility, integrity and professionalism by following the Code Of Professionalism and Principles of Civility. Regarded for its steadfast efforts to protect the 7th amendment, ABOTA is an organization that’s core includes ethics, integrity, and fairness.

Throughout his career, Larry has advocated for those he represents. In 2017, Larry testified in Delaware in front of the Senate and the Committee in the House of Representatives, to increase the legal minimum amount for bodily injury (BI) and uninsured/underinsured motorist (UM/UIM) coverage. The new BI and UM/UIM law was passed, which increased coverage from $15,000 per person/$30,000 per accident to $25,000 per person/$50,000 per accident. Along with these accomplishments he has fought diligently for his clients, providing them with settlements and verdicts they deserve.

We are honored that Larry has been voted into this renowned association.
