About the Role

Position Overview
The Law Clerk will work closely with our attorneys and support staff, providing essential assistance in personal injury cases. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience in the field of personal injury law. Ideal for law students or recent graduates looking to build a solid foundation in litigation and case management.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda on various personal injury and workers' compensation issues
• Assist in drafting and reviewing documents including demand letters, motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Organize case files and manage document control for ongoing cases
• Prepare summaries of depositions, medical records, and other critical documents for attorney review
• Attend client meetings, hearings, and depositions as needed to provide support and take notes
• Aid in trial and/or hearing preparation, including preparing exhibits and organizing trial binders
• Perform administrative tasks such as file management, and responding to inquiries

Requirements
Currently enrolled in an accredited law school or a recent law graduate
Strong research and writing skills with attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Interest or experience in personal injury law is a plus
