Kimmel Carter is excited to announce the addition of Patrick Wenk, Esq. Patrick Wenk obtained his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College. Upon graduation, Patrick served his community as a Delaware State Trooper for 20 years. During his tenure with law enforcement, he became an authority in the Delaware traffic laws. Driving Under the Influence laws inspired him to attend Widener Law School at night while working full time as a uniformed trooper. Mr. Wenk was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2014, and continued to serve his community as a Delaware State Trooper.
