Congratulations to Paralegal Beth Lineberry, who is celebrating her ten year anniversary with Kimmel Carter this week!
Beth has been with Kimmel Carter since 2006, when she came on as a legal assistant to Managing Partner Larry Kimmel. Since then, she has become a leading member of Larry’s team, a senior paralegal at the firm, and a valued resource for personal injury and workers’ compensation knowledge within the office.
“I’ve loved my time here,” Beth says. “I work with a great group of people, the work is interesting and challenging, and it really is nice to be able to help clients in times of crisis,” Beth says. “Even on a stressful day you know that you’re contributing to something positive – that you’re helping to reduce the burden of someone’s medical bills, or to get them compensation for lost wages, or whatever the case may be.”
Beth is a graduate of the University of Delaware, where she majored in French Studies. In her role at the firm, she especially enjoys working on demand packages, which involves reviewing clients’ medical records and ensuring that they have been paid by the correct party.
Larry is quick to express his gratitude for Beth’s hard work and loyalty over the years.
“I don’t know what I would do without Beth,” Larry says. “We have a very tight-knit team, where absolutely every person is vital, and Beth especially is a pillar for all of my cases.”
“She’s a talented paralegal and a very hard worker, and I can’t thank her enough for all of her work throughout the years and her loyalty to the firm.”
To Beth, that loyalty is a given. “I really can’t imagine being anywhere else,” she says.
