This is the twenty-first consecutive year that Ed Carter has been selected for the list, and the thirteenth consecutive year that Morton Kimmel has been included. Both attorneys have a long history of committed service to the Delaware community and are respected throughout the state for their accomplishments on behalf of personal injury plaintiffs and injured workers.
Carter and Kimmel were both honored by Best Lawyers in America 2017 for the Newark metro and in the field of personal injury litigation, on behalf of plaintiffs. Ed Carter was also selected for his practice of workers’ compensation law on behalf of claimants.
