Kimmel Carter is pleased to announce that Sean P. Gambogi has been promoted to Partner. He has been with the firm for 17 years when he worked in the file room as a file clerk and runner. He attended Salesianum High School and The University of Delaware while continuing to work part-time with the firm. He attended The Dickinson School of Law at Pennsylvania State University and served as a summer law clerk with the firm during this time. Upon admission to the Delaware Bar, he was hired as an Associate with the firm.
Sean is Kimmel Carter’s youngest partner in the firm’s history. His primary focus is nursing home neglect, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, and workers’ compensation claims. In 2018, he recovered over $3.0 million dollars in settlements for his clients.
Since his admission to the Delaware Bar in 2010, he has been committed to thoughtfully and effectively representing individuals and families whose lives have been changed as the result of an injury or death. Congratulations to Sean Gambogi on the promotion to Partner. Keep up the good work!
