We are honored to announce that Kimmel Carter Partner Sean Gambogi has been Sean Gambogi appointed Secretary of the Workers Compensation Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
The Delaware State Bar Association promotes ethical conduct by lawyers, requires and offers high quality continuing legal education, protects the public from the unauthorized practice of law, reviews and makes recommendations regarding Delaware’s court system and fosters the mentoring of new lawyers.
Since his admission to the Delaware Bar in 2010, Mr. Gambogi has been an Associate Attorney with the firm until 2018 when he was promoted to Partner. Mr. Gambogi is committed to thoughtfully and effectively representing individuals and families whose lives have been changed as the result of an injury.
